  Located in the heart of Las Terrenas and just behind the oceanfront Paseo shopping mall is "La Residencia del Paseo". These rental apartments are just footsteps from the white sandy beach of the tropical, southern Atlantic Ocean and yet offer a hidden oasis in the center of everything.    All Amenities Included

 With 40 air-conditioned units arranged in three multi-story buildings gently arcing around the well-manicured garden and pool area, the facility offers fully-furnished apartments. All utilities, linens, daily maid service, cable TV and even a CD-cassette deck are standard. Optional services include babysitting, laundry service and food and beverage stocking service.

   Studio or Duplex

  In addition to a tasteful décor, each apartment features a view overlooking the lush gardens and pool. Studio apartment layout includes a combined living room-bedroom with adjoining kitchenette, cozy balcony or terrace, bath with hot-water shower and plenty of closet space. Duplex layout includes the above plus an additional bedroom loft.

   Flexible Rates

   Depending upon layout, the apartments can comfortably accommodate up to four persons. Daily rates range from $60 to $115 usd, low to high season, two to four persons. Children under twelve are free and discounts for longer stays and monthly rates are available. In addition to cash and Traveler's Cheques, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

   Pool and Area Activities

   Laze around the pool deck in the glow of the warm, tropical sun with complimentary towels and chaise lounge chairs provided. There's even a kiddy pool for the youngsters. Or if you prefer, the sands of Las Terrenas fabulous beaches are just minutes away. Spend your days enjoying all the nearby activities the area has to offer. Take a local tour with a taxi, jeep, motorbike or boat rental. Snorkeling and Scuba diving, windsurfing, deepsea fishing, tennis and horseback riding are also nearby.
Spend your evenings enjoying fabulous dining in many European and Dominican Specialities restaurants and then "go Dominican" and dance the night away to the exotic salsa rhythms of the bachata and merengue.
