Meals can be ordered from the restaurant and delivered to your apartment at no extra charge. Most other complexes in Las Terrenas do not offer this kind of restaurant service.

   The apartment comes with a fully equiped kitchen for those who prefer to cook in. For your groceries you will find several supermarkets within walking distance of the condominium complex. The apartment is completely furnished and ready to move in, all you need to bring is your bathing suit.

   Set up

   The apartments in the complex can be rented out to third parties if the owner decides to take part in the renting pool. We charge €100 per night per apartment or €2000 per month. If you choose to live full time in your apartment, the condominium fees are around €150 per month. This amount covers all expenses, including utilities (hot and cold water, electricity -110 and 220 Volt-, gas, and free access to the swimming and whirl pool. Parking on the premises is free.
