Caribe Tours and Metro Bus Lines serve Samana from Santo Domingo and Puerto Plata. Also, several other busses travel the same routes.
It should be noted that Caribe Tours has only one bus daily departing Puerto Plata at 7 a.m. and returning,
departing Samana at 4 p.m.
Several other private busses leave Samana at 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. daily.
